Great to hear you liked Istanbul, it´s just an amazing place to hang out.
Don't forget to visit Pamukale and Cappadocia, those places are just so beatifull. And on your way to Syria you can visit Mount Nimrut, too

Ingrid is a really nice german lady living with her iranian husband Firuz in Tabriz, near the theme park. They are the greatest and like having travellers around.
