In our wiki we have a tool that connects all the sub-routes into one:
http://radreise-wiki.de/Radreise-Wiki:Routenplaner Unfortunately it needs a little effort to make the connection point list.
Besides that: The Paneuropa Radweg is a mess - at least in my region (Nürnberg). So I would not really recommend it (sorry edo).
