Bei der DVD registrierst Du das auf ein Gerät. Es ist also das selbe Modell wie beim Download. Sehr oft kommen DVD's aber zusätzlich noch mit ner SD karte.
Reine SD Karte würde ich nicht nehmen.
Warum nicht OSM, das ist unproblematisch.
