Ja, das geht nach drawpriority.

noch ein Hinweis: zum automatischen Routing wird die jeweils am weitesten obigen liegende Karte (mit Autorouting-Funktion) genutzt.

Schon mal mit zwei versucht mit zwei übereinander liegenden, aktivierten und routingfähigen Karten zu Routen? Damit erntet man für gewöhnlich einen Routingfehler mit der Meldung, dass zu wenig Speicher vorhanden ist.
