Es kam die Frage auf ob eine Leerlaufspannung von 7,5 normal ist? Da ich keinen habe die Frage an Nutzer hier.

Nein. Habe ich aber am USB-Ausgang so noch nie erlebt- entweder 4.9V bis 5.15V oder nix mehr (wenn der Ausgangswandler kaputt gegangen ist).

Bitte schickt mir das Teil zur Diagnose.
