Früher war es aber so, dass wenn man den "blauen Punkt" getappt hat, dass dann die Karte um die aktuelle Position zentriert wurde. Ist das nicht mehr so?

Doch, schon. Wenn man dann erneut drauftippt und den Finger etwas länger drauf lässt, kommt halt das Menü „Meine Position“ mit Adresse etc. Letzeres kommt bei Panther anscheinend nicht mehr. Hier funktioniert es noch mit OsmAnd~ Version 510303.
