Die Frage wird Dir so niemand beantworten können. Für jeden ist "normal" anders. Im Forum treiben sich Radler rum, die fahren täglich 50 - 60 km, andere kommen dagegen auf Tagesschnitte von 200 km (und mehr).
Wenn es generell deine erste Tour ist, dann plane mal mit 75 km pro Tag. Weniger ist eher unwahrscheinlich und wenn's schneller geht, ist's auch okay.
