Hallo,
den Ärger kann ich nachvollziehen, möchte aber mal ein wenig Ehrenrettung betreiben. Die Möglichkeit der Absage steht in den Vetragsbedingungen und kann bei jedem Charter passieren, z.B. auch bei Sonderzügen, Mietwagen und (Charter-) Flügen.
