M.E. ist in Estland das I-Net gut ausgebaut, stimmt das nach deiner Erfahrung?

2005 gab es in nahezu jedem kleinen Dorf ein Internetcafé. Ich weiß allerdings nicht, wie sich das im Zeitalter der Smartphones verändert hat, vielleicht gibt es nur noch WLAN.
