Und was hat der BGB mit der Garantie von Garmin zutun? Garantie ist immer ein Leistng des Garantiegebers und dieser kann die Bedingungen nahezu frei bestimmen.

Im BGB wird die gesetzliche Gewährleistung geregelt.
